Lead Educator Role
Nurturing the greatness in every child is a key responsibility for this role. As an experienced Diploma qualified Lead Educator, you will be part of a dynamic team of professionals in early childhood education.
This position involves guiding and supporting educators in delivering high-quality programs by overseeing curriculum planning and implementation. You will mentor and train current team members, support onboarding of new educators and work in ratio while having dedicated time off the floor to reflect on and enhance educational practices.
The role collaborates closely with practice partners to drive continuous improvement and excellence in early learning. This is a full-time position working 38 hours per week.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong leadership skills, ability to motivate and inspire teams, and excellent communication skills. You will also need to have experience in curriculum planning and implementation, as well as mentoring and training staff.
