Job Title:

A Nurse Specialist Role in Primary Health Care


Job Type: Permanent – Full time


After Hours Requirements: No


Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver patient care and services aligned to the ACCHO model of comprehensive primary health care.
* Provide community outreach services, pre-clinic screening and triage, patient caseload management, referrals, handovers, recalls, and case conferences.
* Maintain a current CPR certificate and immunisation certificate appropriate to employment within a Queensland setting.
* Hold a valid Queensland Drivers Licence.


Qualifications & Experience:

* AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
* Three years' experience as a Registered Nurse.


Benefits:

* Annual Salary $88,920 - $96,824 per annum (plus superannuation and travel allowance).
