Role Description
As a full-time Property Advisor, you will assist clients with investment guidance and property selection. You will provide personalised service and utilisation of ADF housing related benefits to guide clients through their property ownership journey. This is a hybrid role with the main office based in the Greater Brisbane Area, allowing for a combination of work-from-home flexibility and in-person engagements.
Qualifications
* Strong expertise in Property Investment
* Understanding of ADF housing entitlements is highly desirable
* Financial literacy with regards to a variety of wealth assets, financial structures and securing mortgages is considered very favourable.
* Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
* Proven ability to educate and guide clients through property and housing processes
* Capability to work in a hybrid environment with autonomy and flexibility
* Experience in real estate or property advisory essential
* Applicants with ADF service within the last 10 years are desirable
