The Role
You'll be a hands-on superstar responsible for providing top-tier technical support, implementing critical projects, and mentoring our junior support staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a senior escalation point for all complex technical issues that the first-line support team cannot resolve.
- Liaise closely with the Operations Manager on project planning, documentation, and the smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Lead the execution of major projects, including M365 and SharePoint migrations.
- Proactively roll up your sleeves and multitask across projects and high-priority support issues. No two days are the same
- Deliver specialist Level 3 troubleshooting for hybrid cloud and on-premise environments, maintaining high service availability.
- Mentor and guide the technical support team, raising the collective skill level of the group.
Skills
To be a successful fit, you must be a superstar with demonstrated experience in the following:
M365 Guru: Deep, demonstrable expertise across the entire Microsoft 365 suite.
SharePoint Expert: Extensive experience with SharePoint, including full-scale migrations and tenant management.
Security & Compliance: Strong understanding and proven experience in implementing Essential 8 Maturity Level 2 standards.
Windows Server: Solid, all-around skills in managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting General Windows Server environments.
Experience: Proven work experience in an MSP company with multiple-client management
