An opportunity exists for a Systems Support Officer to join the AGS Client Services team.

Our cohesive and dynamic team is integral to the delivery of AGS’s market development and client service strategy.

The Systems Support Officer plays an important role in providing and maintaining high quality technical and administrative support services for the AGS Toolbox and other systems.

**About the role**
As the Systems Support Officer, you will provide and maintain high quality technical and administrative support services for the AGS Toolbox, as well as providing support for other AGS systems.

The role will report directly to the Director Marketing (Executive Level 2).

You will have the opportunity to make an immediate contribution to the work we do.

You will be responsible for all aspects of Share

Point intranet site administration management, including:

- day-to-day operation and management
- ensuring content meets knowledge management and publishing policies
- maintaining the visual design, site navigation and updating site content
- co-ordinating upgrade projects.

The role will also provide support for other systems such as Amazon Work

Docs, the CRM, Vuture and the AGS website as required.

Attention to detail is essential in this role.

The position is located within the AGS Client Services team based in Canberra.
