As a Customer Care Consultant, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem-solving skills
* Assisting customers with queries ranging from general Insurance policy information to processing requests and maintaining details for existing General Insurance policies in databases and systems
* Supporting our exciting digital transformation of Zurich General Insurance and being part of a personal lines team
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Strong customer service experience
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Great initiative and ability to prioritize tasks
* Solid computer literacy skills
