Full Time, Fixed Term (12 month parental leave cover)$89,019 - $94,908 per annum plus superLocation: Wodonga with hybrid flexibilityDrive HR system unification and transformationMaintain and use data and technology to support informed workforce decisionsLead system improvements that enhance the employee experienceABOUT THE ROLEPlay a key role in strengthening how our organisation uses HR systems, data and insights, while supporting the ongoing HR systems unification project.As the HR Systems Specialist, you will lead the management and optimisation of our Human Resources Information System (TechnologyOne), ensuring systems and data are reliable, integrated and support effective workforce decision-making.Reporting to the People Strategy & Culture Lead, you will work closely with ICT, Payroll, Finance, People and Capability leads and senior stakeholders to maintain and enhance HR system functionality, maintain data integrity and improve reporting capability and streamline processes.This role combines systems technical expertise, analytics and stakeholder engagement to deliver practical improvements that support our people, leaders, and strategic workforce initiatives.Selected Duties:Manage and optimise HRIS functionality to ensure accuracy, performance and system integrity in the NVITAFE HR system.Lead HR system upgrades, integrations and enhancements across enterprise workforce analytics dashboards and reports to support strategic and legislative reporting requirements.Identify and support project opportunities to streamline processes through system improvements, automation and better use of HR accountability for HR data governance, including data quality, access controls, documentation and compliance with privacy and records requirements.Provide specialist advice, support to stakeholders on HR system capabilities, reporting, and data governance practice.ABOUT YOUSkills & ExperienceYou are a Tech savvy problem solver with a knack for HR systems.
