We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead and optimize fulfillment activities at our Adelaide Distribution Centre in South Australia.
The successful candidate will oversee a team to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time, in full, and accurately, supporting our commitment to exceptional service.
Responsibilities include managing fulfillment across various zones, optimizing staffing levels, training team members for peak periods, monitoring performance to maintain high productivity and safety standards.
* Minimum 3 years in a leadership role within FMCG.
