About Us
Birch Hotel Group is an expanding Australian hospitality group setting a new standard in regional accommodation. Our recently renovated Proserpine Motel and Guest House (35 rooms) is ready for a dedicated management couple to take the reins and continue delivering outstanding guest experiences.
The Role
This is a live-in, 7-day role suited to a hands‑on couple ready to manage all aspects of daily operations, including guest services, maintenance, and housekeeping.
* Oversee daily motel operations and guest satisfaction
* Manage check‑ins/check‑outs, RMS bookings, and reconciliations
* Maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards (minimum 20 rooms cleaned weekly by managers)
* Handle administration, stock control, and financial reporting
* Conduct or coordinate general maintenance and grounds care
* Drive online ratings and reviews through excellent service
* Training will be provided where required
What We're Looking For
Couples only – not suitable for dependants or pets
* One partner must have building/handyman experience
* Other partner experienced in reception and room management
* Strong communication, customer service, and organisational skills
* Police and drug clearances required
* Must have an ABN
* Permanent residents of Australia only
