About The Role
As the Food & Beverage Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading the overall F&B; function, ensuring seamless daily operations and delivering an exceptional guest experience. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll oversee multiple outlets, manage teams, and work closely with the senior leadership group to drive performance and innovation. You will take ownership of service standards, team development, and financial outcomes, while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements. From creating engaging dining experiences to streamlining operational processes, this role is critical in shaping the reputation and success of our F&B; offering.
Core Requirements Of Your Role
- Oversee day-to-day food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth service and consistency across outlets.
- Lead, mentor, and develop F&B; teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage staffing levels, recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgets, cost controls, and revenue targets.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Drive service standards, guest satisfaction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with the culinary and events teams to enhance menus, promotions, and guest experiences.
About You
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience in a similar F&B; management role, ideally within hotels, resorts, or high-volume venues.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Solid financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational abilities.
- A hands-on manager who thrives in a rapid-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Fluent English, verbally & written
- Experience providing prompt and efficient service including upselling skills is advantageous
