About the Role
As Concierge, you will play an important role in the day-to-day operation of the property and will often be the first point of contact for residents, contractors and visitors.
The position involves a combination of:
* building occupant assistance and customer service
* front-of-house management
* contractor and visitor coordination
* security and access monitoring
* administrative support
* general building presentation oversight
Key Responsibilities
* Providing a professional and welcoming experience to building occupants and visitors
* Managing front desk operations and enquiries
* Monitoring building access and security systems
* Assisting with contractor sign-ins and coordination
* Reporting maintenance, security or operational issues to Building Management
* Assisting with building occupant communications and general administration
* Maintaining a professional and organised lobby and concierge environment
About You
* present professionally with excellent communication skills
* have strong customer service capability

* remain calm and professional under pressure
* have sound computer and administrative skills
* take pride in delivering high standards of service
* work well independently and within a team environment
* have a minimum of 1-2 years concierge or front-of-house experience
