About the Role
You will be part of a diverse and efficient team at Midwest Auto Group with the fantastic opportunity to work within a multi-franchise dealership. Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will be responsible for contributing to a busy and efficient Parts department, through the sale of parts and accessories to our customers and internal departments.
Duties
Ensure a professional standard is always maintained when dealing with a customer.
Interpreting parts for the service workshop and sales teams as well as external trade customers
Assisting customers at the retail counter
Answering inbound parts enquiries
Managing warehouse operation including dispatch and delivery
Managing parts inventory for OEM providers
Skills & Experience
Experience in the role of Parts Interpreter, strong mechanical knowledge or a combination of the two would be a distinct advantage, although applicants from other related industries will be considered.
A passion to provide good customer service.
Be highly motivated, energetic and enthusiastic.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A willingness to learn.
Good time management skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
A current Drivers Licence is essential for this role
