 
        
        **About the role**: 
A new opportunity exists for a **People, Culture & Wellbeing Advisor** to join our passionate team, reporting to the People, Culture & Wellbeing Business Partner - Supply Chain & Logistics. You will be responsible for providing accurate and timely advice, support, and consultancy service to stakeholders across GPC’s Supply Chain & Logistics function. This role has a focus supporting on the Southern Cross Victoria project, where you will support the Melbourne DC team with all people related matters including recruitment, induction, onboarding, complex ER matters, line manager coaching, etc. Additionally, this role will also support all cyclical PC&W; initiatives that underpin the PC&W; strategy across all other DCs in Australia nationally.

**As our new People, Culture & Wellbeing Advisor, your focus will be**: 
- Drive the people agenda across our new Melbourne DC including safety, culture, engagement, recognition, recruitment, inductions, capability, line manager coaching, etc. 
- Support Line Managers with formal team consultation, in line with operational change. 
- Create an internal communications plan to support the SXV people plan (ie. Quarterly team updates). 
- Support the Melbourne DC team and recruitment team to create all GPC branding in the internal and external (go-to-market) recruitment campaign. This includes supporting with Melbourne DC team with assessment centres and ad-hoc recruitment support (if required). 
- Support the Melbourne DC team with their diversity and inclusion plan. 
- Support PC&W; Business Partner with PC&W; cyclical activity, aligned to the national agenda. 
- Drive a high-performing recognition culture and influence stakeholders across Supply Chain and Logistics to promote platforms such as MOVE, REACH (reward and recognition), etc. 
- Support Line Managers in the interpretation and adherence to relevant industrial instruments and GPC policies and procedures. 
- There will be some travel to Melbourne DC in Broadmeadows required.

- Have solid knowledge of employment legislation, Awards and the Fair Work Act/NES 
- Have demonstrated experience in a generalist P&C; support role (min 3 years) 
- Hold a relevant tertiary qualification(s) in Human Resources / Psychology (desirable)
