We are seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as Rehabilitation Counsellors. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping clients overcome psychological or physical injuries and return to work safely and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of clients with complex needs
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify barriers to work and develop tailored plans to address these challenges
- Provide vocational guidance and support to help clients achieve their goals
- Communicate effectively with clients, medical professionals, and other stakeholders
Requirements:
* Graduate Diploma in Rehabilitation Counselling or equivalent qualification
* Full or associate membership with ASORC as a Rehabilitation Counsellor or AHPRA Provisional Psychologist registration
* Proven experience in a similar role (desired)
* Full Australian drivers' licence and reliable vehicle
* National police check
* Unrestricted working rights in Australia
* Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
