Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
* Manufacture, assemble and reconditioning driveshafts for automotive, commercial, off highway and industrial applications
* Machine of driveline components.
* Operate workshop machinery and tools safely and efficiently
* Perform quality checks to ensure components meet required standards
* Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment adhering to WHS guidelines
* Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and other general workshop duties as required
What We're Looking For:
* Formal qualifications in fitting, machining, or a related trade (Certificate III or equivalent preferred)
* Proven experience in workshop fitting, ideally with manufacturing or assembly of mechanical components
* Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
* Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
* Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
