Qualifications & Certifications
* High school diploma or equivalent or special diploma required.
* Certification through the BPS 'Certified‐Custodian' or BPS 'Master‐Custodian' training program within one year of employment.
* Demonstrate general knowledge of maintenance equipment used on the job.
* Valid State Driver's License (required).
* Valid National or State‐recognized custodial and/or building sanitation trade certification preferred.
