We are **Rmeish,** a commercial joiner in the Northern Suburbs who design, manufacture and install commercial joinery. We are expanding an already established drafting team and are looking for the right person to work closely with our Project Managers and understands design intent and can create detailed preliminary drawings.
**Key responsibilities for the role include**:
- Create detailed technical drawings and plans using Microvellum software.
- Interpret and translate design concepts into precise working drawings.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Revise and update drawings based on feedback and design modifications.
- Maintain documentation and ensure version control of all drawings.
- Prepare CNC programs
- Send cutting programs to machine shop
- Create As Built drawings and optimisation
**Skills and Experience Required**:
- At least 3 years proven experience as a Draftsperson in the engineering, construction, or manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in Microvellum
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- High attention to detail.
