IT Support Role
We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team in a technical assistance and support role. As an IT Support specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical services and solutions to our employees across all departments.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing expert troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, network, and email systems.
* Responding to and resolving IT helpdesk tickets promptly and effectively.
* Delegating user account configuration and management tasks to other teams as needed.
* Supporting remote employees with connectivity and technical issues.
Additionally, this role requires:
* Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
* Maintaining and monitoring company IT infrastructure to ensure secure and efficient operations.
* Assisting in the management of hardware and software inventory.
* Conducting routine updates and patch management for all systems.
Furthermore, we require:
* Monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing Wi-Fi networks to ensure reliable connectivity across office locations.
* Configuring and maintaining wireless access points and related infrastructure.
* Collaborating with senior IT staff on network security tasks, including firewalls, VPN setup, and Wi-Fi security protocols.
