With your polished administrative expertise, engaging customer service, and scheduling/coordination abilities this could be the opportunity for you to make your own and expand in new systems and your skillset. Ideally you are someone who has a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. You will be a keen communicator and have well developed interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to prioritise and manage requests The role will involve a range of duties, such as data entry, electronic filing, organising documents and databases, responding to queries, formatting and making amendments to reports, creating and issuing of invoices. Responsibilities: Administration support to management, working with Human Resources and Finance. Generate reports for weekly meetings, provide insights and updates. Have the ability to lead and support a team, provide advice, mentoring and guidance. Providing a high level of customer service, that being via email, inbound and outbound calls. Build and maintain client, customer and contractor relationships. Schedule and maintain appointments with technicians. Generate reports, invoices, quotes, and timesheet data entry. Requirements: Ideally you will have 1-3 years experience as an Administration Assistant, Office Coordinator, Scheduler or Mobilisation Coordinator. Exceptional organisational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other office software and seeking to learn new systems.
