Technical Leadership Role
Employment Hero seeks a skilled engineer to lead and develop high-performance solutions.
* Assume responsibility for technical delivery and team leadership within the squad.
* Design and build scalable WordPress solutions, leveraging modern PHP practices.
* Evaluate and optimize solutions for performance, security, and scalability.
* Lead and mentor a team of engineers, setting coding standards and fostering a culture of excellence.
To succeed in this role, you'll need expertise in PHP, WordPress, and Gutenberg. You'll also have experience with MySQL/MariaDB/PostgreSQL, including query optimization and database design. Additionally, proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows, familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud deployments (AWS) is required.
