**eCommerce Growth Strategist**
You will take ownership of two growth-stage eCommerce brands, shaping strategy, fuelling social buzz and turning ideas into sales. Backed by an in-house creative studio, performance marketing squad and Shopify dev team, you will direct the play from concept to post-campaign review.
Key Responsibilities:
* Owning and evolving brand strategy – developing plans that translate into campaigns and content to exceed revenue targets and drive increased brand awareness.
* Leading social growth – setting the calendar, briefing creators, tracking reach and engagement.
* Planning and launching campaigns – product drops, promos and influencer collaborations – partnering with Paid Media to keep ROAS on-track.
* Collaborating with Buying team – aligning promotions, merchandising priorities and pricing insights to maximise sell-through.
* Guarding the customer journey – daily site checks, merchandising tweaks, CRO ideas for the dev team.
* Analysing and acting – monitoring weekly performance (revenue, CVR, AOV, CAC) and turning insights into rapid optimisation.
* Championing brand voice and visuals – approving copy and creative so everything feels unmistakably like the respective brands.
We are looking for a talented individual who has:
* 4+ years of experience in brand, digital or eCommerce marketing – fashion, beauty, or fast-paced D2C online retail a big plus.
* A track record of growing social channels and running end-to-end campaigns that move the sales needle.
* A commercial mindset – comfortable owning a revenue number and adjusting levers to hit it.
* Comfortable in Shopify, GA4, Google/Meta/TikTok; basic CRO is a bonus.
* Natural collaboration skills – able to brief designers, inspire content creators and speak performance with stakeholders.
* Curious, proactive and decisive – seeing the gap, crafting the solution, and rallying the team to deliver.
