The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Intermediate to Senior Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving our organisation's success. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our Partners and team members to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
Responsibilities include:
* Collaborating with Partners and team members to ensure client work is completed in a timely manner.
* Preparing Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships, and SMSFs.
* Preparing BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT, and PAYG for various companies and trusts.
* Preparing and delivering annual workers compensation and payroll tax reconciliations.
* Liaising with statutory authorities on behalf of clients.
* Providing exceptional service to our clients.
* Participating in training seminars, team meetings, and social events.
* Supporting junior team members.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* At least 3 years' experience in a Chartered Accounting Practice.
* A Chartered Accountant qualification or in progress.
* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or a related field.
* Experience using accounting software, including MYOB AE, HowNow, Active Ledger, APS, MYOB, Xero, and QuickBooks.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* A commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients.
