Fiona Stanley Fremantle Hospitals Group (FSFHG) are seeking a Clinical Psychologist to join our Department of Clinical Psychology and Clinical Neuropsychology.
This is a chance to work alongside medical, nursing, and allied health professionals within the Mother Baby Unit (MBU) at Fiona Stanley Hospital (FSH).

Position Profile: We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Psychologist to join our team and provide evidence-based psychological assessment and intervention to the MBU at FSH.
The successful applicant will provide clinical, consultant, education, and research psychology services, and provide clinical supervision to Clinical Psychology Registrars and Trainees.
Practices as a Clinical Psychologist and ensures practice is in accordance with the laws and ethical standards governing psychological practice as per the Psychology Board of Australia (AHPRA) and SMHS policies and guidelines.
About our Department: We are a dynamic, experienced, and dedicated team of Clinical Psychologists and Clinical Neuropsychologists working across diverse clinical specialties within the FSFHG.
Working alongside medical, nursing, and allied health professionals, we deliver comprehensive, evidence-informed psychological services to paediatric, young adult, adult, and older adult inpatients and outpatients, and their families/carers, experiencing complex medical, chronic health, cognitive, rehabilitation and mental health needs to optimise medical treatment, rehabilitation and improve psychological and mental health well-being.
As part of our commitment to excellent professional standards and continuous growth and development, we offer clinical supervision (Area of Practice Endorsement), operational supervision, mentoring, support to become a Board Approved Supervisor for eligible clinicians, with access to an internal education programme.
In addition, clinical psychologists and neuropsychologists have opportunities to contribute to quality improvement, service development projects, and translational clinical research within the department as well as the broader Allied Health Directorate across FSFHG.
Fiona Stanley Hospital (FSH) is a 783-bed tertiary hospital offering a range of health services including the State Rehabilitation Service, a comprehensive cancer centre, purpose-built mental health unit, maternity, paediatric and neonatal services, and the State Adult Burns Service.
FSH also delivers specialised services such as heart and lung transplantations and hyperbaric medicine.
SMHS delivers quality, safe and effective hospital and health services within a catchment area stretching more than **** square kilometres across the southern half of Perth.
