You will take on the relationship management of a residential portfolio (approx. 200 properties), tailored to your experience. Strong support is provided, including a Property Management Assistant, Property Associates for inspections, plus admin and accounts teams.

We are seeking an experienced Temporary Property Manager to join a high-performing, Property-Management–only business with three offices across Newcastle. You will take on the relationship management of a residential portfolio (approx. 200 properties), tailored to your experience. Strong support is provided, including a Property Management Assistant, Property Associates for inspections, plus admin and accounts teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of approx. 200 residential properties
* Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
* Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and routine/ingoing/outgoing inspections (with support)
* Oversee lease renewals, rent reviews and arrears management
* Handle escalations and provide exceptional customer service
* Ensure compliance with NSW legislation and agency policies
* Collaborate with internal support teams to deliver a seamless service
Experience & Qualifications
* Previous experience as a Property Manager is essential
* Must hold a Certificate of Registration (COR) or Class 2 Real Estate Licence
* Strong communication, time management and problem-solving skills
