Plutosoft is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong Oracle APEX and PL/SQL experience to join our growing SaaS team in Perth.

The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our fast-paced, dynamic SaaS business. This role is ideal for a self-sufficient developer who thrives working independently while staying closely connected with a broader team.
You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable applications that support our core platform. The role requires someone who is adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in an environment where priorities can shift and speed matters.
Experience with Oracle PL/SQL and Oracle APEX is highly regarded. Exposure to financial services or superannuation will also be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications across the platform
* Work independently to deliver high-quality solutions with minimal supervision
* Build and maintain APIs, backend services, and user-facing components
* Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the stack
* Contribute to continuous improvement of development practices and processes
* Adapt quickly to changing requirements and business priorities
Required Skills & Experience
* Strong experience as a Full Stack Developer in a commercial environment
* Solid backend development experience (e.g., PL/SQL, or similar)
* Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
* Strong understanding of relational databases and data modelling
* Ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively
* Ability to manage multiple pieces of work and shift between projects as needed
* Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* A positive, flexible attitude suited to a fast-moving environment
Highly Regarded
* Experience with Oracle PL/SQL
* Experience with Oracle APEX
* Background in financial services or superannuation
* Experience in SaaS or product-based companies
