What You'll Do
As the Clinical Pharmacist, you will provide specialised medication management in the dispensary and clinical services to hospital wards.
* Provide best practice pharmacy services and exceptional patient‑centred care by ensuring medication safety and optimising medication management
* Work closely with the hospital team to educate staff and counsel patients on medication usage
* Cultivate a collaborative and positive teamwork culture that empowers everyone to excel
What You'll Bring
* Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent with current Pharmacist Registration with AHPRA
* High level of computer literacy, including systems knowledge of dispensing software
* You love working in a collaborative team and thrive in a friendly working environment
* Experience in a hospital pharmacy setting is highly regarded but not essential
It is a mandatory requirement that you provide:
* Proof of immunisation against infectious diseases
* A national police check conducted within the last 12 months
