**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist buyers and sellers in the marketing and purchasing of real estate properties
- Conduct market research and comparative market analysis to estimate property values
- Guide clients through the process of listing, showing, and closing real estate transactions
- Negotiate prices and terms between buyers and sellers
- Prepare necessary paperwork (e.g., contracts)
- Stay up to date with local market trends and zoning laws
- Attend open houses, networking events, and training sessions
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through prospecting, referrals, and CRM tools
- Coordinate property inspections and appraisals
**Qualifications**:
- Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson
- Valid real estate license in Queensland
- Excellent interpersonal, sales, and negotiation skills
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Familiarity with real estate CRM software and MLS listings

**Work Environment**:
This position involves both in-office and field work, including property showings, client meetings, and attending closings. Some evening and weekend work may be required based on client needs.
Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Beenleigh QLD 4207: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Real estate sales: 3 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Real Estate Certificate (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
