Job Description - Rostering & Administration Officer *****B476) Job Description At the NSW Department of Education, we educate and inspire lifelong learners - from early childhood, through schooling to vocational education and training.
Ongoing Full-Time.
Based in Blacktown, with flexible working arrangements available.
Clerk Grade 5/6 Salary ranges from $99,938 to $110,271 plus employers' contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
Bring your Rostering and admin talent to a new role where every detail counts and everyday matters About the Role As the Rostering and Administration Officer, you'll be at the centre of daily operations developing and managing staff rosters, coordinating the casual workforce, and maintaining accurate records to ensure seamless service delivery.
You'll also provide vital administrative support, assisting with payroll, financial processing, and responding to enquiries with professionalism and care.

About You Organised and has a great attention to detail Can provide service excellence and support in fast-paced, service-focused environment.
A great communicator and can build and maintain stakeholder relationships to support smooth operations across multiple sites.
Confident using digital systems to manage rostering, payroll, and reporting efficiently.
Current and valid Working with Children Check clearance for paid employment.
35-hour week with flexible working arrangements.
