Location: Gold Coast | Hybrid | HQ Southport transitioning to Sanctuary Cove
Remuneration: $100,000 – $125,000 + Superannuation (depending on experience)

The Opportunity
This is a senior operational role.
You will operate as the credit and operations lead within the business. Your responsibility is to ensure deals are structured correctly, aligned to lender policy, and submitted at a standard that protects settlement integrity.
This is not a document-chasing support role.
This is an ownership role.
Success in this role will be measured by:
* File quality and compliance integrity
* Turnaround times
* Operational improvements implemented

* Review files critically
* Improve workflow systems

Key Responsibilities
* Structure and package complex residential and commercial loan applications
* Coordinate and manage offshore loan processors / virtual assistants
* Assess client financials and determine viable policy pathways
* Manage lender negotiations and escalations
* Oversee compliance standards and documentation quality
* Improve CRM and workflow systems
* Coordinate valuations, conditions and settlements
* Identify and implement operational efficiencies
About You
* Have 4+ years' experience in broker support, credit assessment or banking
* Understand complex lending (self-employed, trusts, commercial)
* Apply lender policy confidently and accurately
* Work autonomously without supervision
* Conduct yourself with professionalism in a regulated environment
* Care deeply about documentation quality
* Communicate clearly and directly
* Challenge structures that do not meet policy or risk standards
* Take ownership and follow through
This role is not suited to someone seeking a low-responsibility support function.

Hybrid Model
Hybrid flexibility is performance-based.
Initial onboarding will be predominantly office-based to ensure integration and workflow alignment. Ongoing flexibility is earned through demonstrated performance, accountability and output.
