Customer Service Manager Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Manager to assist in leading our team by driving engagement and building a high-performing culture within our concept store.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar leadership or supervisory role in a fast-paced high-volume retail environment, with a proven ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success. They will also possess commercial acumen and the ability to exceed sales, wages and shrinkage KPIs.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Assisting the Store Manager to engage and empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration.
\
2. Working with leadership to build an effective and profitable store.
\
3. Motivating the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators.
\
4. Driving operational excellence, managing rosters and preparing back-of-house administration.
\
5. Supporting the development of customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.
