As a Hospitality Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of service and ensuring that our residents feel valued and supported.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the comfort and well-being of our residents
* Assist with daily tasks and activities, promoting independence and dignity
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in communal areas
Requirements:
* Good communication skills and a positive attitude
* Knowledge of contemporary housekeeping/cleaning practices and professional presentation
