Your insights will directly influence commercial outcomes, innovation, and customer experience. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who's curious, analytical and eager to grow their actuarial capability in a dynamic, global environment.In this role, you will:* Contribute to pricing reviews across multiple travel insurance brands* Develop and maintain technical pricing and demand models* Assist with monthly insurance liability valuations* Monitor competitive pricing and market trends* Support price implementation and automation improvements* Conduct actuarial analysis and prepare datasets* Support product changes, new product pricing, and new business initiatives* Deliver clear reporting on portfolio performance and key metrics**About you**You're someone who thrives on solving complex problems and translating data into meaningful insights. You're collaborative, detail‐oriented and motivated by continuous improvement. You'll also bring:* A tertiary qualification in Actuarial Studies, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field.* 2-3 years working experience in general insurance* Studying towards Fellowship status with the IAA (or equivalent).* Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills, with a passion for data‐driven decision making.* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and non‐technical stakeholders.* A growth mindset, curiosity and a drive to innovate.* Experience in personal lines pricing and/or valuation, R, Python, SQL is desirableWe know some people only apply when they meet every requirement.
