XPLOR Early Learning Centre in Coomera is a vibrant, child‑centred centre dedicated to nurturing curiosity and growth through engaging play‑based and structured learning experiences. Role Requirements
We are seeking a dedicated 2IC (Assistant Centre Manager) to support the Centre Manager and lead the delivery of high-quality curriculum across the service. This role is ideal for a confident, relationship-focused leader with strong interpersonal skills, proven leadership attributes and a genuine passion for early childhood education and curriculum excellence.
The successful candidate will need:
* a Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
* a current and valid Working with Children Check
* a Current First Aid CPR and emergency Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
* experience with the NQF, NQS, EYLF & the QKLG
* an ability to interpret curriculum documents
* effective oral and written communication skills
Key Role Responsibilities
* Assist the Centre Manager when needed and support/lead your team when required.
* Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming and nurturing environment.
* Work collaboratively within a team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
* Oversee and role model the delivery of a high-quality, inclusive, educational program.
* Participate in professional and personal development.
* Promote the service within the local community in accordance with the Vision, Mission and Values.
