Computational Biophysics Researcher

* Key Responsibilities:
* - Develop and pursue innovative research ideas in computational biophysics
- Conduct molecular dynamics simulations, including free energy calculations or advanced sampling techniques
- Use programming or scripting for simulation and data analysis, along with experience using high-performance computing environments
- Contribute to securing external funding and preparing research grant proposals
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a solid background in computational biophysics, with expertise in conducting molecular dynamics simulations, including free energy calculations or advanced sampling techniques. Experience in using programming or scripting languages for simulation and data analysis, along with high-performance computing environments, is essential. Additionally, proficiency in using structure prediction or AI methods would be beneficial.
