Overview
Join the collaborative eMR PAS and Reconciliation team within the South Western Sydney Local Health District to support safe, high‐quality, and personalised care.
Responsibilities
* Maintain system accuracy: manage the daily maintenance of the electronic medical record (eMR) system.
* Resolve patient records: identify and reconcile duplicate patient records to ensure vital clinical information, such as diagnostic results, is attached to the correct patient.
* Manage provider data: add and update Medical Practitioner details to ensure all contact and provider information remains current and accurate.
* Collaborate across services: work alongside Clinical Information Departments, medical staff, and administration teams to investigate data queries and support seamless patient administration.

* Analytical mindset – comfortable interpreting data, spotting inconsistencies, and solving problems with precision.
* Tech‐literate and adaptable – confident using health software or digital processes.
* Hybrid work rhythm – available full‐time, Monday to Friday, with two days each week working from home.

How do you manage your time and prioritize your workload? Please share a specific example of a time when you had to self‐manage multiple concurrent tasks and meet strict deadlines in a busy environment.
Outline your experience using Windows applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) in a professional setting, and detail any experience using electronic health systems, particularly patient administration systems like Epic or Cerner eMR.
