About the Role
Are you interested in a career in air conditioning and refrigeration? Access Engineering Systems is looking for motivated 1st Year Apprentices – Air Conditioning (HVAC) – to join our team in Sydney. This full-time role offers hands-on experience from day one, allowing you to learn the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
What You'll Be Doing
• Assisting experienced technicians with HVAC system installations, maintenance, and repairs
• Learning how to troubleshoot and diagnose air conditioning and refrigeration equipment issues
• Performing routine inspections and servicing on HVAC units under supervision
• Following safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment
• Engaging in ongoing training to build your skills as an HVAC technician
What We're Looking For
• Interested in starting a 1st Year apprenticeship in Air Conditioning (HVAC)
• Practical skills, eagerness to learn, and a positive attitude
• Ability to follow instructions and work within a team environment
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• A commitment to quality work and a willingness to develop new skills
