Job Title: Dispute Resolution Lawyer
This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of commercial and litigation disputes, encompassing contract and shareholder disputes, debt recovery, insolvency matters, building and construction, property and leasing disputes, misleading or deceptive conduct, strategy, pleadings and evidence, negotiation and alternative dispute resolution, interlocutory applications and appearances.

* Manage a varied caseload of commercial and litigation disputes.

* Provide expert advice on contract and shareholder disputes, debt recovery, insolvency matters, building and construction, property and leasing disputes, misleading or deceptive conduct, strategy, pleadings and evidence, negotiation and alternative dispute resolution, interlocutory applications and appearances.
* Ensure all legal documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
* 1-5+ years PAE experience in litigation or dispute resolution with a strong commercial focus.
* Excellent drafting, analysis, and advocacy skills.
* Confident client management and solutions mindset.
* Proven ability to run matters end-to-end, prioritize competing deadlines, and work both autonomously and within a team.
* Clear, professional communication, written and verbal.
