The role is responsible for fostering a positive and inclusive culture within a large, diverse workforce while implementing efficient work scheduling and resource management practices.
By leveraging technical expertise, you will design and implement safe, effective workflows that deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with the City's corporate objectives and evolving organisational needs.About youWe are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced individual to join our Parks and Conservation Management Team in this exciting and challenging role.You will be an experienced leader with strong people management skills and a proven ability to build a collaborative, high-performing culture across a diverse team.
