Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our team of field technicians.
This role is responsible for managing a team, providing operational support, and ensuring the smooth running of our maintenance hub.
Key aspects of this job include recruiting, training, and developing staff, as well as financial oversight and organisational process management.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be able to communicate effectively with team members, and possess excellent problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
1. Manage a team of 4-6 field technicians
2. Provide operational support to all staff in the maintenance hub
3. Recruit, train, and develop staff
4. Ensure financial oversight and processing
5. Manage organisational/hub processes
