We are seeking a Casual Customer Service Officer to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with clients from diverse backgrounds and provide support and empowerment to those who need it.
* Greet clients and respond to counter and telephone enquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
* Assist clients with various tasks, including booking appointments, processing claims, and data entry.
* Liaise extensively with clinicians and other staff members to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
* Intermediate/advanced level computer literacy and some exposure or working knowledge of mobile technology (both Apple and Android applications).
* A desire to make a positive impact on people's lives and contribute to a supportive and inclusive work environment.
