Change Manager
We are looking for a Change Manager to coordinate activities and communication in order to ensure project objectives are met and sustained within the department.
The focus will be on the people aspect of change including changes to business processes, tools and technology, job roles and organisation structures.
Key duties and responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies.Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels to drive change adoption.Assess change impacts, readiness, and risks, developing mitigation strategies.Provide expert advice on change management best practices and methodologies.Drive the execution of communication, training, and engagement plans.Align multiple concurrent change initiatives with organisational priorities.Collaborate with project teams, executives, and business units to ensure smooth transitions.Monitor, track, and report on change management effectiveness and adoption.Support employees in navigating business and technology transformation.Work effectively in a small team environment.Provide knowledge/skills transfer to other teams.Record and maintain files/information in accordance with client's requirements.Estimated start date
