Responsibilities
* End-to-end project management from planning through to completion
* Development of project scopes, budgets, schedules, and risk registers
* Design and procurement management, including preparation and review of RFQ/RFT documentation
* Coordination of approvals and stakeholder engagement plans
* Administration of construction contracts under standard forms (e.g. AS2124, AS4000)
* Preparation of project documentation including status reports, briefs, and funding reports
* Oversight of site activities including inspections, compliance checks, and defect management
Qualifications
* Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) - mandatory
* Minimum 10 years of experience managing multidisciplinary civil infrastructure projects
* Strong understanding of Queensland statutory and local government frameworks
* Excellent communication skills including stakeholder engagement and report writing
* Experience with contract administration, technical consultant coordination, and design management
* Proficiency with project management tools and systems such as MS Project, and document control platforms
