This role is a 6-month fixed-term contract reporting to the Project Manager.The RoleReporting to the Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:Leading the creation of detailed business requirement documents to inform system design and deliveryConducting gap analysis to identify functional and process differences between current and future statesFacilitating workshops with key stakeholders to gather insights, confirm requirements, and achieve alignmentDeveloping comprehensive solution design documentationSupporting the implementation of a new Core ERP system as part of a major transformation programMapping and documenting end-to-end business processes, both current and future stateCollaborating with business leads to streamline reporting and analysis procedures using best practicesAssisting with the development and maintenance of the ERP project plan in partnership with the ERP Project ManagerActing as a technical lead during system configuration and user acceptance testingDriving data migration readiness, including data cleansing and validation activitiesSupporting the redesign of workpapers and schedules to enable efficient data integrationMaintaining an internal issue and improvement log to support resolution and continuous process improvementYour ProfileProven experience with ERP implementations, particularly NetsuiteStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot, document, escalate, and resolve issues effectivelyBackground in Finance and finance ERP projectsExperience in process improvement, automation, and finance transformationApply TodayThis role is currently vacant, and there is a strong desire to fill it quickly.
