We're looking for an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Oaks Sunshine Coast Oasis Resort. This full-time role is perfect for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading a team to deliver exceptional dining and event experiences.
What you'll do:
* Supervise daily Food & Beverage operations across restaurant, bar, and events
* Lead, train, and motivate the team to provide outstanding service
* Ensure smooth shift operations, from staff allocation to guest satisfaction
* Uphold compliance with safety, hygiene, and service standards
* Support the Food & Beverage Manager with rostering, ordering, and reporting
Qualifications
What we're looking for:
* Previous supervisory experience in Food & Beverage or hospitality
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
* Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays
