As part of our HR operations, a centralised support team provides consistent high-quality services and promotes continuous improvements in our ways of working to enhance the leader and employee experience.
We have an opportunity for a permanent position based at our head office with flexible working options available.
The Role
Advisory service provision to employees and leaders including recruitment, onboarding, interpreting awards and organisational policies, administering contracts, personnel changes, training, offboarding and maintaining personnel records is key.
Position Details
This is a full-time role requiring strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders across operations.
About You
* A tertiary degree in Human Resource Management or relevant field is preferred but not necessary. Professional experience in HR administration can be equivalent qualification.
* Knowledge of the Fair Work Act National Employment Standards Modern Awards relevant legislation highly desirable;
