Who we are
We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technician to join our team at KJ Burns Electrical and Refrigeration in Berrimah, NT. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of both domestic and commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
What you'll be doing
1. Installation of new systems
2. Diagnosis and repair of existing systems across a variety of commercial, industrial and domestic settings
3. Perform preventative maintenance on systems to ensure optimal performance
4. Maintain accurate work records via servicem8 to facilitate smooth execution and finalization of tasks
5. Ensure work is carried out in compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
What we're looking for
1. Relevant Australian trade qualification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning and current ArcTick Licence
2. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new tasks
3. Good customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, supervisors and office staff
4. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
6. Valid driver's licence, Police Clearance and WWC card (or ability to obtain)
