We now seek an experienced Installations Manager, ideally from within the window and door industry, to oversee the installations department. This role would also suit builders and construction professionals with management experience who understand the processes and challenges of both the residential refurbishment and new build markets.
You will be responsible for managing over $10m of installations revenue per annum and growing with a current installations department Team.
Your Duties Will Include
* Accountability for all facets of the Installations Department
* Effectively scheduling and managing installation Teams.
* Department cost control
* Hiring, training, and performance managing Teams.
* Organising sub-contract services.
* Ensuring a collaborative approach to our Clients
* Organising site equipment
* Supporting installation Teams on site.
* Completing site surveys to a high level of accuracy
* Ensuring defect-free completion of projects.
* Quality Culture
* Implemeting on-site WHS
* Completing work site assements
* Developing policies & procedures that provide a continuous improvement culture and environment
* Ensure complete customer satisfaction
* Providing weekly management reports
The successful candidate will ideally have a thorough knowledge of installing windows & doors to both the residential and new build markets. You will be responsible for quality so a strong eye for detail and high quality expectations are essential.
Candidates will require at least 2 years experience of installation management or similar, carpentry skills would also be advantageous.
