About the role
* The delivery of services for guests such as food preparation, cooking and food service.
* Assist with cleaning, washing, general maintenance, waste disposal and room bookings.
* Menu planning and provision of meals within set guidelines that are prepared with pride and professionalism.
* Proactively monitoring, ordering and managing stock levels for the camp operations.
About you
* Prior experience working in a remote environment is an advantage
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery is preferred or a minimum of 2 years experience
* Manual 'c class' driver's licence
* Ability to be able to pass pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screen
* Current criminal history and traffic check
