Role Overview
This Organisational Change Manager (EL1) role will be part of the ICT Strategy and Projects Team. It requires significant expertise and at least five years of experience in leading organisational change within a technology project environment with a strong business focus.
The initial project will be the Information Management Uplift project (Content Manager to SharePoint). The primary focus will be to plan, prepare, and execute effective change management strategies covering people, culture, processes, systems, and data to support business operations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Contribute to the purpose, Corporate Plan, and Digital Strategy
* Lead change management activities for the Information Management Uplift and Technology projects
* Develop and maintain complex relationships with stakeholders
* Prepare and deliver assessments, communications, business readiness, training plans, and documentation under the guidance of the Project Manager
* Evaluate risks and develop mitigation strategies
* Manage activities related to resistance to change, ensuring stakeholder engagement
* Handle complex or sensitive work under broad direction
* Coordinate capabilities across departments and represent the department in activities
Technical Skills
Demonstrated strategic thinking, risk management, and sound judgment in complex environments.
Well-developed change management skills, including inspiring others and stakeholder collaboration.
Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence.
Ability to build and manage complex relationships effectively.
