Responsibilities
* Manage a north run including Brabham and Henley Brook area, overseeing trades and progression on site for a portfolio of homes under construction.
* Directly supported by a Client Liaison as the main point of contact for all clients.

Key Requirements
* Trade qualification is highly desirable
* Proven experience in site supervision in the residential housing sector.
* A high attention to detail and a proactive sense of urgency.
* The ability to read and articulate contractual documents, plans and specifications
* Proficient in use of Click Homes.
* Strong multi-tasking and self-management skills.
* Strong communication skills.
